In the unlikely event of an Eaton product requiring reair, your needs will be processed as follows:

 

For product failures “in warranty” we will issue 100% credit through our distribution partners. For companies who purchase direct from Eaton; credit will be issued through our Sales Office Manager, Polly Smith - direct telephone number 01594 545485 and email address PollySmith@eaton.com. In this instance you will not be required to return the failed product.

 

For product failures “out of warranty” no repairs process is available and all enquiries for the purchase of replacement product (if available) should be directed to your Distribution Partner/Supplier who will then contact Eaton to gauge availability.
